We're running an Open Call for the YUs to curate a specific Congress session. We want you to get involved by sharing your submissions on what 'Designing for the Future' means to you: who is doing it, where it is, and what does it mean?

'Designing for the Future' is the theme of this year's Congress in Cambridge. It reflects the design quality the city is famous for and the questions we all have about how we design for a future that addresses the fierce urgency of now.

Whether it's on affordable housing, sustainable mobility, or adapting for climate change, we want you to be ambitious and inspirational about how Young Urbanists will lead on the future of urbanism.

You can send us submissions about your work, which means you present at Congress, or suggest a particular speaker, place, or project that you think typifies what 'Designing for the Future' means. Either way, there's a FREE Congress ticket for anyone whose submission becomes part of the Congress line-up!

To participate, send us a proposal about your potential contribution. Tell us Who, What, Where, Why, and How using 2-sides of A4 at most, and send it to Roshni Thakker by 17:00 on Friday 5 May 2023. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch with us by email or calling 07951 447 261
