Catherine is the Founder and Director of make:good, an architecture and design studio that involves people in shaping change in their neighbourhoods. She is passionate about meaningful community engagement and is constantly challenging herself and her team to develop tools and approaches that make projects genuinely participatory. Her goal is to ensure local people have a real and lasting influence over the places and projects that matter most to them.
As both a qualified architect and an experienced community engagement practitioner, Catherine brings together professional expertise and everyday perspectives to explore what makes great places to live, work and connect.
With a love of thoughtful design and beautifully crafted details, Catherine brings creativity to everything she does—whether organising memorable events and workshops or getting hands-on with a craft project at home. It is these considered touches, combined with her people-centred approach, that make her work both distinctive and memorable.
