Alice joined the Young Urbanists in 2023, and the Steering Committee in 2025, following a particular interest in how city form shapes social life, local economies and long-term value.

She has engaged with contemporary urbanist thinking through research, writing and participation in international forums, including the Congress for the New Urbanism, and is especially interested in adapting global best practice to UK cities and towns.

Alice trained as a surveyor with the Grosvenor estate, working across development and asset management with a focus on Belgravia offices and high streets. Her work focuses on the delivery and repositioning of neighbourhoods and buildings, combining commercial viability with mixed-use and community-led principles. She gained her Real Estate master's, as well as RICS qualification in 2024.
