The speakers this week are Lia Ghilardi, Chief Executive, Noema Research & Planning and Cllr. Asier Abaunza, Councillor for Urban Planning Area, Bilboko Udala and is chaired by Michele Grant, Director of The Academy of Urbanism and Blue Sail Consulting Ltd.
