Rosie Webb is the Head of Decarbonisation on the Sustainability Team at Technological University Dublin. She has extensive experience in climate action project management and planning, urban design and architecture, operating nationally and internationally with a track record in delivering large scale projects impacting on city and regional economic development. She develops strategic programmes of work to enable compact, climate neutral urban development and neighbourhood revitalisation. She is a registered architect in the state of Illinois and a member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland. Prior to her role in public service, Rosie worked in private practice in London, Chicago and Dublin where she worked on projects ranging in scale from housing to civic offices, to museums and stadium. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Cornell University in the USA and a Masters in Architecture (Urban Design) from University of Limerick.
