Olivia Kelly is the Dublin Editor of The Irish Times. She has written for the paper since 2000. Her work focuses on housing, planning, transport and environmental issues. She has a particular interest in urban regeneration and dereliction.
Olivia will contribute as a panelist in the Irish Opportunity: Neighbourhood and Housing session on Wednesday 26 March.
