Kevin is Head of Strategy and Place-making for Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, and acted as the Director of the Healthy New Town Programme for the Garden City.  Ebbsfleet is the first New Town scale development in the UK for 50 years, emerging on brownfield land on the River Thames, in North Kent embracing a modern interpretation of garden city principles.

Kevin is an architect and urban designer and has the overall responsibility for ensuring that Ebbsfleet is a great place to live, work and visit, based on healthy placemaking and pioneering community empowerment processes.  

Formerly as Head of Corporate Strategy for Homes England, Kevin was responsible for leading design best practice initiatives including the £60K House Competition, and publications such as Urban Desing Compendium 2; delivering quality places; and HAPPI (Housing our ageing population: panel for innovation).
