Gus McCarthy

Gus is a professional planner with a Master's Degree in planning from UCD and 40 years of experience in both the public and private sectors and a member of the Irish Planning Institute.

He is a Director of MKO Planning and Environmental Consultants, a practice which over 150 staff.

MKO provides consultancy services in the areas of planning , environment, ecology, project management and related fields and works across virtually all sectors, including housing and renewable energy.

During his planning career, Gus has gained a wide range of experience in the planning and environmental fields. He provides planning advice and manages projects for both public and private sector clients.

Gus will be a panelist in the Vision: Possibilities session on Wednesday 26 April.
