Prior to his present role, Graham was at Auckland International Airport leading the planning, development and delivery of the airport’s $6bn expansion programme. Over his career, Graham has held senior positions in property and construction organisations and has extensive experience in leading the development and operation of commercial, retail and infrastructure organisations, focused on driving bottom-line value from mixed-use and infrastructure developments in the UK and overseas.

Graham has held senior international leadership and board positions within BAA Group, Accenture and EC Harris LLP and more recently as chair of the RICS Oceania World Regional Board, and as a member of the RICS Global Governing Council.

Graham is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
