Markides Associates is a transport planning consultancy based in London and operating throughout the UK and Ireland. The company specialises in town centre regeneration schemes and preparing transport strategies for large developments, including urban extensions. Placemaking and Sustainability are at the heart of what we do.

As a result of some recent instructions including one from the Crown Estate, a town centre masterplanning exercise for Guildford Borough Council and a large new settlement outside Dublin we are recruiting ambitious professionals of all grades. Primary requirement the ability to think outside the box. We believe that our success is wholly due to the effort of our team and for that reason we became an Employee-Owned Trust in 2020, meaning that the company is owned by the people who work here, represented by an elected board of trustees.
